John currently serves as a director on the board of businesses in the HVAC, property management, and commercial services industries.

Rob was CEO of Stealth Monitoring for 12 years, which grew to become the industry leader in remote monitoring services and a top 10 security company in North America. The company grew at a 35% CAGR over his tenure to over $100 million annual recurring revenue and 40+ offices. Following Stealth, Rob founded Legate Partners which has invested in 20+ companies.

Kent is currently Executive Chairman and former CEO at a Northern California-based home health care company which he acquired in a self-funded model. Kent Weaver is the founder, CEO and Managing Member of Granite Point. Kent has invested in over 75 middle-market companies as an individual investor and with Granite Point.

Michael Horowitz

Michael successfully acquired, operated, and exited Buckeye Restaurant Group, an operator of franchised Wingstop restaurants. Michael acquired Buckeye’s first restaurants via a self-funded acquisition in 2018 and via new unit development and M&A grew the business to be one of the largest operators in the Wingstop system before selling the company in 2023. Michael is the founder of Streetlight Capital, which invests in entrepreneurship through acquisition.
